Add/Edit Visit Action Code

Use this page to add or edit Visit Action Codes for Guest Cards.

A red dot (Required Field) indicates a required field.

Visit Action Code Required Field

Type an identification code for the Visit Action (for example, type SA for Scheduled Appointment).

Description Required Field

Type a description for the Visit Action (for example, type Scheduled Appointment).

This description appears in the drop-down list for the Action field in the Contacts section of the Guest Information tab when the type of contact selected is "Visit."

Will Not Lease Required Field

Select Yes if you expect that a prospect with this Visit Action Code will not lease.

Select No if you expect that a prospect with this Visit Action Code will lease.
